Karnataka PGCET stands for Karnataka Post Graduate Entrance Test. Karnataka PGCET 2018 will be organised by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). It is a state level entrance examination. Through this examination, the applicant gets admission into the private/government/private un-aided colleges located in the state of Karnataka. Applicants interested in courses like MBA/MCA/M.Arch/M.Tech/ME and 2nd year of MCA programme usually appear in this exam.

Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent with minimum 50% marks (45% marks aggregate for SC/ST candidates)
UG or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Programming, Computer Application, Business Mathematics and Business Statistics as one of the optional subjects.
OR
Score aggregate at minimum 50% marks (candidates who belong to SC/ST & Category need 45% marks)
Pass BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) with Mathematics at 12th or graduate level.
OR
Obtain at list 50% marks (45% marks SC/ST & Category I of Karnataka candidates)
Pass UG qualifying or equivalent examination.
OR
Secure minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST & Category I of Karnataka candidates

Karnataka PGCET application is available at online mode only. The application form will be released from the 1st week of July 2018 until Last week of July 2018. While filling the application form, candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully.
Applicants need to upload their scanned photograph, scanned signature & Left-Hand Thumb Impression (in given format). Candidates must enter their correct E-mail address and mobile numbers for future use.
