Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, timeline, and request process.

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro membership purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Requirements
- You have practiced no more than 10 Questions
- You have completed no more than 2 Recall practices
- You have completed no more than 3 Mock Sections
If you exceed any of these thresholds, your refund request will not be eligible for approval.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@prepamigo.com with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Date of purchase
- A brief explanation of your refund request
We typically respond within 24 hours. Based on our current email volume, response times may vary, but in most cases you will receive a reply within 3 business days. If you contact us more than 7 days after the charge, accidental purchases are generally still eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 7-day period has expired
- Accounts that exceed 10 Questions OR 2 Recall practices OR 3 Mock Sections
- Dissatisfaction due to scores or exam results
- Account abuse or sharing (in violation of our Terms of Service)
4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If you have been charged multiple times or notice an unauthorized transaction, please notify us immediately. Upon verification that the charge was duplicate or fraudulent, we will issue a full refund.
