1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pro membership purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility Requirements

  • You have practiced fewer than 10 questions, AND
  • You have completed no more than 2 Mock Sections

If you exceed either of these usage thresholds, your refund request will not be eligible for approval.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@prepamigo.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of your refund request

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 7-day period has expired
  • Accounts that have used 10 or more practice questions OR 3 or more mock exams
  • Dissatisfaction due to scores or exam results
  • Account abuse or sharing (in violation of our Terms of Service)

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If you have been charged multiple times or notice an unauthorized transaction, please notify us immediately. Upon verification that the charge was duplicate or fraudulent, we will issue a full refund.
